Refrigerated Air Dryer

For the vast majority of industrial applications, the refrigerated air dryer is the most practical and costeffective solution for moisture control. Operating much like a kitchen refrigerator or air conditioning unit, it works by cooling the compressed air to approximately 3°C (37°F). As the air cools, the water vapor it holds condenses into liquid water, which is then trapped and automatically drained from the system. Once the moisture is removed, the air is reheated to room temperature to prevent "sweating" on your external pipes before entering your plant network.

These dryers are robust, easy to install, and require very little maintenance, making them the standard choice for manufacturing plants, automotive shops, and general pneumatic tool operations. They provide sufficient protection against rust and corrosion for any indoor piping system where temperatures do not drop below freezing. Our refrigerated units are designed with eco-friendly refrigerants and energy-efficient heat exchangers to keep your operating costs low. By ensuring that the bulk of water vapor is removed, a refrigerated dryer protects your valves, cylinders, and tools from the damaging effects of liquid water, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted production cycles.
