H.O.C. (Heat of Compression) Air Dryers

Heat of Compression (H.O.C.) dryers represent the pinnacle of energy recovery in compressed air systems. These dryers utilize the "free" thermal energy generated naturally during the air compression process to regenerate the desiccant beads. Instead of letting that heat go to waste through an aftercooler, it is diverted directly into the dryer. This eliminates the need for external heaters or blowers, resulting in nearly zero additional power consumption. H.O.C. dryers are exceptionally cost-effective and environmentally friendly, making them the preferred choice for oil-free centrifugal or rotary screw compressor installations in large-scale plants.
